Fine Premium Aphrodite
 The Fine Premium Aphrodite is an oyster with superior shell and flesh qualities. We have carefully selected this oyster to help you discover a product that lies between a fine and a special. Aphrodite is available all year round, but it is of course the star of Valentine's Day! 
 We are offering small sizes of 12 pieces for this occasion.

  • We advise you to keep your oysters for a week or so, cool, either in the refrigerator or in a cellar. Between 5 and 15 degrees.
