Pour vos commandes de crevettes, entre juillet et novembre, merci de nous téléphoner au 05 46 85 13 45

Produced in the "claires" of the Pauline site, in breeding associated with our Pousses en claire, they will be marketed, under the name of Crevette Impériale des Marais Charentais, (Imperial shrimps) when they have reached the minimum weight of 20 gr.

The average weight of shrimp in high season ranges from 20 to 50 gr. From August our customers will appreciate receiving them alive, at the top of taste quality.

Our shrimps only have 100% natural food , which they find themselves in our "claires", there is no food intake during breeding.

Carefully packaged in polystyrene cases of one or two kilos net, the shrimp can remain alive up to 48 hours on the stalls.

They will remain available until the first frosts in November.

Did you know that the Imperial Shrimps moved at night to hunt.

This is why we fish them in the middle of the night thanks to "fervent" nets. We can see them through their eyes, red, in front of the light.
