  • Storage between 5 ° C and 15 ° C, but without temperature variation

  • Consumption possible upon purchase, optimal after 3-5 days. Consume preferably before 10 days

  • If the oysters are loose, put them hollow shell down and avoid water loss

ADVICE: during the tasting, if a doubt remains:

- check the freshness of the oyster (reaction of the coat using a knife or lemon juice)

- if an oyster is very dry, do not serve it.
