We offer them in N ° 2 and N ° 3, available all year round for the fine standard and from September to May for the Fine de claire Marennes Oléron.

 

These oysters are raised in parks selected for the excellent quality of water found there.

 

As the refining for the Marennes Oléron BIO range, is done in our organic BIOs.
