 Our Flat Oysters , real Marennes when they are green or simply refined in the clay basin to reduce the powerful taste of iodine, are available from October to May while stocks last.

  • We advise you to keep your oysters for a week or so, cool, either in the refrigerator or in a cellar. Between 5 and 15 degrees.
